- Buyers:House owners, interior designers, renovators, and kitchen specialists purchasing materials.
- Suppliers:Entities selling stone and building materials through the platform.
- Fabricators:Independent contractors handling material fabrication and altering.
- Installers:Independent contractors handling material installation.
- Platform Role & Payment Structure
- Material Sales Only:The products or building materials sold in the platform are without any value-added services.
- No Markups:The platform does not add hidden marketing markups to labor charges.
- Direct Contractor Payment:Buyers pay fabricators and installers directly for added-value services.
- No Escrow:The platform does not collect, hold, or process payments for third-party labor.
- Independent Contractors:Fabricators and installers operate as independent businesses, not agents.
- Transparency:All material costs are itemized before checkout while fabrication and installation fees are for reference purpose only.
- User Responsibilities
- Sole Responsibility: Buyers are solely responsible for calculating and purchasing the required material quantities.
- No Wastage Liability: The platform is not liable for material shortages or excess wastage ordered by the Buyer.
- Reorder Variance: Additional quantities ordered later may come from different batches, causing minor color variations.
- Slab Inspection:Buyers should inspect slab batches for dye-lot consistency before fabrication.
- Contractor Liaison:Buyers coordinate directly with their chosen or referred installer.
- Fabricator and Installer Arrangements
- Independent Status:Fabricators and installers are independent service providers, not employees of the platform.
- Direct Contracts:Service agreements for fabrication or installation exist solely between the Buyer and the respective service providers.
- Payment Dispute:The platform is not liable for disputes regarding independent fabrication or installation quality.
- Logistics, Delivery, and Self-Pickup
- Self-Pickup Logistics: Buyers choosing self-pickup must arrange and coordinate their own transport vehicle and labor.
- Delivery Address: For delivery, Buyers must provide a precise address, specifying either the fabrication factory or the job site.
- Delivery Charges:Transport fees are calculated separately and itemized in the final invoice.
- Address Accuracy: The platform is not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries caused by inaccurate address details.
- Third-Party Transport: For self-pickup, the platform is not liable for material damage caused by the Buyer’s hired transport provider.
- Risk Transfer:Risk of material damage passes to the Buyer immediately upon self-pickup collection.
- Access Requirements:Buyers must ensure delivery trucks have clear, legal access to the site.
- Unloading Labor:Buyers must arrange heavy lifting manpower.
- Transport Non-Refundable:Once a delivery is attempted or completed, transport charges are non-refundable.
- Missed Deliveries:Redelivery fees apply if the site is inaccessible or lacks receiving personnel.
- Limitation of Liability
- Material Variance:The products feature inherent variations in color, veining, pattern an imperfections or impurity in product itself or between separate production batches.
- Indirect Damages:The platform is not liable for project delays or consequential financial losses.
Return and Refund Policy
- Strict No-Return Policy
- All Sales Final: All products sold through the platform are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- No Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind or ordering errors.
- Quantity Overorders: Excess materials resulting from buyer calculation errors cannot be returned for credit.
- Exceptions for Manufacturing Defects
- No Transit Coverage: Material damage occurring during transit or transportation is strictly excluded from claims.
- 24-Hour Window: Manufacturing defects on materials must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
- Verification Required: Buyers must provide clear digital photographs of the defects to qualify for a claim.
- Right to Reject or Approve: The platform reserves the absolute right to reject or approve any defect claims.
- Professional Inspection: The platform may send designated professionals or technical experts to the site or factory to inspect the reported materials.
- Remedy Limitation: Valid claims are limited to an identical product replacement or store credit, not a cash refund.
- Installed Materials: Once a quartz or sintered stone slab is cut, fabricated, or installed, no damage claims will be entertained.
- Return Transport:The Buyer covers all transportation costs for returning eligible standard items.
